Radio trailer script

Radio Trailer which will be aired on BBC RADIO 1 a week before the show

We all have our favourite breeds of dog. From permed poodles to laid back Labradors. There is more than enough to choose from.

Voxpop; poodle (...), ‘yorkie’ (...), ‘Rottweiler’ (...), ‘Great Dane’ (...)

For many people their dog is a companion who they could never live without (Tommy quote) ‘dogs are truly a man’s best friend’ (...)

While for others, such as deaf and blind people, dogs are their lifeline which helps them to lead a fulfilling life

‘They give them their independence’ (.....) which is more than we could do. (Barking)

It’s a well known cliché, but do owners really look like their dogs?

Voxpop; ‘maybe when I take this coat of I won’t’ (...), ‘over time I think owners look like their dogs yes’ (...), ‘no, she’s too beautiful’ (...)

Britain is clearly a nation of dog lovers, but who really is in charge? Us or the dog?

What’s next boss?
